Salon Thirty Three – Complaints Policy

At Salon Thirty Three, we pride ourselves on professionalism and client satisfaction. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, we welcome the opportunity to resolve the matter.

 

Step 1: Inform Us

Please contact us within 48 hours of your treatment to discuss your concern. Many issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

 

Step 2: Written Complaint

If the matter cannot be resolved immediately, please submit a written complaint via email including:

  • Your full name

  • Treatment received

  • Date of appointment

  • Details of the concern

We aim to respond within 5 working days.

 

Step 3: Investigation

We will investigate the matter fully and respond with our findings and proposed resolution.

We are committed to fair, respectful and professional handling of all complaints.
