Salon Thirty Three – Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Salon Thirty Three, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Appointments & Deposits

• Some treatments require a deposit at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with sufficient notice.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Failure to provide notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Cancellation fee

• Future bookings requiring full payment upfront

 

3. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and charged accordingly.

 

4. Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in treatment refusal or cancellation.

 

5. Results Disclaimer

Results from aesthetic and wellness treatments vary from person to person. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

 

6. Age Restrictions

Some treatments are restricted to clients aged 18+.

 

7. Right to Refuse Treatment

Salon Thirty Three reserves the right to refuse treatment where appropriate for safety, well-being or professional reasons.
